Here are the pictures of this past summer's return to Gold River where in Junior High School after immigrating I was taught the hard way to lose my accent. The water is impossible clear -- the boy is jumping into fourteen feet of water but the water surface is invisible.

That's so awesome u were up in Gold River. My house is actually just up the hill from those pictures at Peppercorn Park. I was thinking i might have met u last summer, when u went there, since i was working at the Visitor Information Centre!! hhmmmm...??
Hmmm.... for sure. I came in the Vistor Centre, back end of August, & talked to a young lady -- I asked about fishing at Antler Lake & she directed me there & also to Star Lake. I had a couple of older kids with me ....
I lived in the apartments when I was there from summer of Grade 7 to Grade 10 ..... I loved it, & still do!
